Welcome to Balanced Bubs! I’m Laura, the founder and heart behind our nurturing space. With a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, specialised training in Trauma-Informed Practice, and my work as a therapist, I’ve dedicated over 12 years to understanding and promoting children’s emotional wellbeing.

In today’s fast-paced world, children often miss out on essential moments of stillness and connection. At Balanced Bubs, we prioritise these experiences, empowering children to navigate their emotions with confidence and resilience. My passion lies in equipping educators and families with the knowledge and skills they need to support children’s wellness journeys.

As a qualified yoga teacher, I incorporate holistic practices like yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation into our programs. While it may seem unconventional for children to engage in these practices, the profound benefits speak for themselves.
